I adventurously set out to make something with the Ninja Professional Blender for six days straight to see how its different preset functions work while also zhushing up my usual routine, which has slipped, as it usually does, into comfortable monotony.
Its versatility sets it apart from other blenders on the market, like my previously tested Vitamix E310, which are great at blending but not so good at evenly chopping or pureeing large quantities. From there, just hit a button, and it’s blast off - quite literally because this blender is extremely loud. Once you’re properly strapped in, depending on which attachment you’re using, only certain Auto-iQ functions will light up. You have to twist your blending container in until it clicks into place, secure its top on, and the whole blender itself is suction-cupped to your countertop, so it’s not going anywhere. I loved the “locked and loaded” feeling of setting up this blender. These programs are titled Smoothie, Ice Crush, Extract, Chop, and Dough. But it also has five Auto-iQ programs that are specifically designed for certain blending functions and specific vessels. Best of all, every single one of its attachments is dishwasher-safe.įor its speed programs, the Ninja Professional Blender is equipped with the standard low, medium, high, and pulse functions that are compatible with all of the attachment vessels. The blender takes up a 7.5x8.5-inch footprint on your countertop, and at its tallest (with the 72-ounce pitcher attached), it has a 17.5-inch height. It also comes with a stacked blade mechanism for the 72-ounce pitcher, along with a chopping blade and a dough blade for the 64-ounce processor bowl. Its attachments include a 72-ounce pitcher, a 64-ounce processor bowl, and two 24-ounce to-go cups. The Ninja Professional Blender is a 3-in-1 system with a powerful 1,400-watt motor. It can transform from a regular blender to a juicer to a personal blender to a food processor to a stand mixer in no time.

It's not a device that you'll ever feel the need to upgrade or graduate from because it gives you pretty much everything you could want. Overall, though, I was surprised at how easy it makes the whole blending process. But its intelligent design and surprisingly useful pre-programmed functions (this is where the Auto-iQ part comes in) make it user-friendly and also very fun to meal prep with.Īre there flaws?
